Very hot. Cherry blossoms coming out.

A week ago Thurs. Grandma went down to take care of Aunt Libbie Geckler. She is all broken up physically and mentally. Frank and I left home last Sat. noon made calls in Northampton then went to Westfield to Harris Guilfords – arrived about 6 o’c. Sun. F. went to ch. at the 2nd ch. and visited 3 S.S. Schools at noon. Mrs. Camp and daughter Bertha came from Montgomery in the P.M. Mrs. Burke came over also. Harris, Frank and Florence went to ride.

Edw. and I called at Cousin Almera Burke’s took tea there then returned to Harris’s.

Mon. morn we went to Springfield and saw “Aunt Libbie” and Grandma.

Frank and Florence came to Northampton on business and Edw. & I went to Bro. Edward’s and stayed about 3 hours then Nettie went with us to the depot and Ruth came home with us. After we reached Haydenville found the ground had been drenched with rain.

Prescott and Emma have gone to rehearse for their play wh. comes off Thurs. eve.

Edw. taken sick while family all gone to the play. Frank went for the Dr. I thought E. would die before he the Dr. could get here. I worked over until I was nearly exhausted. Belle Miller came home from the play. Fred came up from Springfield with Arthur that morn.

Grandma was sent for Fri. Belle & Fred went home after dinner. I gave out and went to bed sick about 9 o’c that eve. & have not been good for much since.
